Details
The experience starts from the moment you make the decision not to let more memories go undocumented. I am here to make this process easy, fun and enjoyable. I am also here to help you pick your wardrobe, location, and to guide you to achieve the most beautifully effortless candid images of your family. Location, lighting, clothing and even your mood will work hand by hand.
- Fill out the Form and pick a date based on your preference and availability.
- Your location is your decision, but I can help. I have a list of all beautiful indoor and outdoor places that we can use. You decide!
- Now this is fun: STYLING! Before your shoot, we will work together at perfecting your looks. You have access to my full personalized styling guide, and access to my curated client closet, full of beautiful outfits for women and children.
- I am always checking the weather forecast. If the day is looking terribly miserable, we can always chat and reschedule to the best of our capabilities.
- During your session: you just show up looking cute! You have my professional guidance in all aspects. I have a million ideas, games and cards under my sleeve. I do not expect anyone to stay still, and smile at the camera, not the kids, or hubby.
- Editing magic takes approximately 4 weeks in total. First you will receive a proofing gallery with all the best images of your session. You will be able to choose your personal favourites depending on your chosen package. All my clients would tell you to get the most images because they love them so much! Purchasing additional photos or upgrading to a full gallery is always an option.
Do you imagine the family barefoot right outside the front porch playing on the swing and feeding the animals? Do you picture yourself in a gorgeous gown walking through a field and down a hill of wildflowers? Do you want to stay in and make it cozy? You name it or we can brainstorm together. Nothing is off the table.
Client Closet
What is the client closet?
In addition to the styling guide, I also have a large collection of handpicked wardrobes for women and children until age of six. The women client closet is all sizes inclusive, and it has a large selection of colours within my suggested palette. You are welcome to use it and style your session with it. You can come to my studio located in Stoney Creek, Hamilton to see things in person and try them on. It makes the process so much more fun and easier.

Selecting the right clothing allows your images to look more candid and genuine. It allows me to truly convey the loving energy of your session, and it brings life into your gallery. With every booking you will receive my styling guide and preparation guide, with tips on what to wear, and what to avoid.
